The CIRCA Beverly Hills team attended
Experience Bouchon Bistro hosted by the
Chamber of Commerce last Monday, March 11th.
Experience Bouchon is a progressive dining experience customized to showcase Chef Thomas Keller and his team: Sebastien Rouxel, Executive Pastry Chef of Thomas Keller; David Hands, Chef de Cuisine Bouchon Bistro; Alen Ramos, Pastry Chef Bouchon Bistro; and Carolyn Ramos, Pastry Chef & Bouchon Bakery Manager. Over 400 guests sampled treats from these masters at a variety of food stations and kitchen tours along with elaborate food demonstrations. Bon Appetit!
CIRCA Beverly Hills Director Wes Carroll and Buyer Adriana Pearson represented the CIRCA team (pictured above with Chef Thomas Keller) and rubbed elbows with friends from the jewelry and luxury industry, such as Jim Jehant from Brooks Brothers and Scott Green from Van Cleef & Arpels. Sponsors included Rothstein Kass, Torrey Pines Bank and Wells Fargo Private Bank, as well as Moet & Chandon providing an additional Champagne experience. Cheers!
